After more than 30 years in behavioral health, I've learned one important truth: no clinician should have to face professional challenges alone, and every healthcare organization deserves behavioral health systems that support both providers and the patients they serve.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving as a therapist, clinical supervisor, educator, consultant, and behavioral health leader. I've worked alongside clinicians, physicians, healthcare organizations, and community programs, helping strengthen clinical practice, develop behavioral health programs, and improve the quality of care for the individuals and families they serve.
I founded So Cal Health Consultants to bring those experiences together in one place. Through healthcare consulting, continuing education, clinical consultation, and leadership development, we provide practical, evidence-informed solutions that strengthen clinicians, support healthcare organizations, and ultimately improve client and patient outcomes.
Whether I'm consulting with a healthcare organization, teaching a continuing education course, or mentoring a clinician, my goal is always the same:
Help people see what others miss, make thoughtful clinical decisions, and build systems that create lasting impact.
Our Mission
No clinician should have to face professional challenges alone, and every healthcare organization deserves behavioral health systems that support both providers and the patients they serve.
